Horrible!!! Purchased a $450.00 leg massage for a Christmas gift in October (trying to get my shopping done early) tried to return it on December 28 and was only given a store credit because it wasn't purchased within the holiday time frame. (we bought it 3 days too early) If we had purchased it 3 days later I would have been able to get a full refund but since it wasn't 3 days earlier we were given a store credit only. With all the money I have spent with Brookstones in the last 25 years I will NEVER shop there again. Not with the options that we have today as consumers. Customer service should still be #1 !! DONE!!!

Rude manager who works there. They also lie to do whatever for a sale. On a receipt clearly states if you can bring something back or not. One employee even said it doesn't say it on there that she can't return it so that's fine. This was an unused back pillow. Other guy gets a manager and tells me I can't retinitis because it's a personal care item. Who hiss lie since all personal care items state on your receipt that you can't return it. Therefore they were lying. The manager wouldn't even come from out of the back until I asked for her multiple times. Then when she finally did, she was nothing but rude. I will no longer be shopping there. I work in costumer service, and that was poor quality.
