Great service, very professional and respectful. They tested my batteries and found that it wasn't necessary to replace them at this time. At no charge. I highly recommend this store. I will be back.
I have been to this Batteries Plus many times and they have never disappointed. The staff has always been friendly, talkative, and willing to share their knowledge. I plan on going to this location again soon for hearing aid batteries and to rewire a vintage lamp which I just found out they also do.
Although when I was setting up my account the conformation that 'was sent to my email' took hours to arrive, these are generally almost immediate, not sure why it was delayed as other emails arrived while I was waiting.
My daughter shattered the screen of her iPad Mini 2. We called a lot of places, including Apple, and none were terribly helpful. Apple suggested we just replace the whole iPad, as the repair was "impossible." I contacted Batteries Plus Bulbs, and they quoted the lowest price of everyone I spoke with, but even better, they had the fastest turn around - 24 hours. Other places said they ship repairs out, and get them back about a week later, sometimes 10 days. And everyone else was almost twice as much! But the best part - we picked it up the next day, and it was as good as new. My daughter and I are completely thrilled!!

I can't imagine a bad review for these guys. I've been to four of these stores but the one in Salem is always my first choice. The guys here built me a custom battery and it was more competitive than anything I could find on eBay or Amazon or anywhere else online and not only that but it lasts about 3 hours longer than Factory. It's a battery for my Minelab Excalibur underwater metal detector true story. In spite of the phone ringing people standing in line I saw people getting their business taken care of these guys come highly recommended by me any day of the week thanks Jeff for your personal service.
