When I am shopping new bluray movie releases, best buy is the best buy! Always the cheapest option in my opinion.
I bought a cell phone for myself and one for my daughter. I even got a 60 dollar gift card making my daughter's phone only 60 bucks. Great staff and service. I wasn't pressured to buy anything and I had a great experience!
Prices are good, they need to work with on floor employees customer service or pay them more or try something else. The staff is always avoiding customers questions like the plague and really hurts the whole point of going in person vs online on Amazon. I used to spend thousands here, but I go online now and spend thousands there, once and a while I come back here and see no changes. Until that shoe falls they will loose the battle if the business does not have floor staff ask people if they need help and actually care. Good luck. I gave it two stars instead of one because they offer good prices. So if you don't care or have any questions this place is good, but at that point I would just go online and get free delivery. Best Buy online is better than the store, but Amazon is more convenient at this point to me.
It is great store with various selection of equipment. Especially TVs which they have in stock - I got both of my TVs here. Friendly staff, reasonable location and good working hours.
