Just returned from the Apple Store, I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received. The young woman (sorry didn't get her name) who helped me was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was having a problem related to the conversion to AOL from Verizon e-mail, spent over 4 hours trying to get the issue resolved, finally gave up and went to the Apple Store. I did not have an appointment, was greeted immediately, and my problem was resolved in 5 minutes. It doesn't get much better than that!! Thanks so much.
Terrible service at this Apple Store. They pulled my name on the waiting line, but truth they didn't care above the list. I just keep waiting over 30 mins, and have to ask for how long for waiting. They keep change my pick up area, after all they asked me to standing out side the store. And my hubby just standing inside the store, he is not on the waiting list and play his phone, but he got the stuff can help him to pick up iPhone. Ridiculous service...
Booked a time, stopped in 40 minutes early to check in and see if I could get in early. Store was busy, so they said they were running on time, to come back in 30 minutes. Came back, registered, only to wait another hour. Finally asked where I in line, and a nice person at the genius bar said she would look at my phone. She immediately told me my phone was counterfeit, and more than likely couldn't be fixed, but they could try if I wanted to wait a couple more hours. I left, set up an appointment at another Apple store, and within 5 minutes of arriving in the store, said my screen was creating the 'distortion' and they could fix it within the hour. Will never go back to the Apple at Rockingham Park. Would rate their service a zero if I could. Horrible!
I walked into this store expecting a free apple, but instead they say this dis is a computer story and disrespect my Chinese culture. I was so disrespected I took a poop on the floor and left.
Terrible, terrible experience. I told the tech my phone was dead and he gave me an appointment an hour out. I showed up an hour later to have my appointment pushed out, twice. Without a phone I had no idea what time it was and my kids were in the mall so I had to be at a spot to meet them at a specific time. Worst support ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to give them one star to get this posted but they didn't even deserve that. I still don't have a working phone.
