I've always liked kohls . The employees are friendly and curtious at this location. I visited this store on black Friday weekend so it looked like toronados swept through. Employees were working their hardest to reorganize shelves. I told one checker I felt bad for them, she replied with a smile and a positive response. She said, "oh boy ! We opened our doors at midnight and it got hectic . We expected that and have plenty of workers to take turns organizing for the next rush.

Good clothing store, well maintained and friendly staff. Prices are a little high, but I'd expect that with how good the store generally looks compared to Wal-Mart or Marshall's. Only points against is how much they push the kohls cards, I know it's their job but it gets annoying after 3 nos.
Don't bother going here for your wedding registry! My daughter and I went and were basically left on our own with a broken scanner. After we struggled to finish, we spoke to the customer service department and they didn't seem interested. Also, they don't even print out your registry for you or give you cards to put in your invitations. Overall..we had a poor experience on a day that should have been fun. My daughter should have been made to feel special, but she was pretty much ignored and rushed through the process.
