I spend 1 hour at the jewels department waiting for my girls earring. There was only 1 sales person on duty and she was helping two girls in Spanish who took all her time.

Watch out for this store because an employee deceived us that we will have a big discount especially if we will open a jcpenney credit card, when we are at the checkout it didnt appear that way. Aside from that the cashier forgot to gave me my new credit card so I ended up going back to the store not to mention she also forgot to remove two electronic plastic tag on our shoes,we noticed that when we were at home already. I've talk to a representative about this experience and promised to gave us a discount for this inconvenience that brought to us but until now nothing reflects on my account. I'll have to pay my new jcpenney card and after that I will have to cancel that card.Just be vigilant with this store.Its just sad that this is my first time to be introduced with this shop and have a bad experience at once. I'll just have to settle my account and maybe I will never be back with this establishment...
