I have been going back and forth with Pandora for 4 weeks over a single ring that was purchased and I've been trying to exchange it for the right size. I went to 5 Pandora retailers, and finally one said they had my ring in my size, I drove 2 hours to get it, I get there and it's a completely different ring. I then gave up and asked to have it special ordered, 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard a thing, and when I called back I was told I never left my phone number...which I did. The woman I spoke to told me I'd get a call back with my ring in a week. If she didn't hear my phone number, why would she not have said so? Apparently she only wrote down the first three numbers.. I'm not one to write reviews or complain, but I'm just so confused and done dealing with this and all Pandora dealers. After I receive this ring (who knows when) I'll be getting my jewelry at a better retailer.
