My now fiancé went to Gary and Nancy for my engagement ring and they did an absolute amazing job. My fiancé had them design my ring after showing many many photos and literally it is everything and more I could have asked for. Gary and Nancy are both amazing people as I met them as well and they're so patient, kind and true masters at what they do! I highly recommend going to Diamond Jewelers for any jewelry wishes. You will not be disappointed at all. They're AMAZING!!! Thanks Gary and Nancy!!!!

We paid them up front and were told it would take about three weeks to complete. The ring came back three and a half weeks later and looked nothing like the band we had selected. The band is thicker, clunkier, has visible dents, chips, missing prongs, uneven prongs on the center stone, and two broken diamonds (I brought the ring to a second jeweler and they confirmed that two of the stones were broken). Upon receiving the ring (12/14/2016), my wife went back the next day and began to tell Gary about some of the visible blemishes, and he told her to come back in the new year to have it fixed. What kind of business turns you away and tells you to come back weeks later to fix problems that shouldn't have been there in the first place?

Gary did an absolutely amazing job with my now fiancé's engagement right. He worked with me from start to finish in the design and creation of the ring and she absolutely loved how it came out. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish!

Don’t waste your time or money. After paying in full for 2 wedding bands we were told they would be in within 3 weeks, after multiple phone calls we got the rings at 9 weeks. We ended up needing the ring resized and brought it to a very reputable jewler, who immediately told us there was a chip in the diamond. We made the trip up to NH and Gary insisted it was just an imperfection after wasting our time will he went back and forth with the microscope(not even needed at the other place). Complete lack of customer service, and no incentive for us to ever return or recommend to anyone.

My wife and I picked out an engagement band to upgrade her current one at the store and asked if it was possible to put the stones from her current engagement ring in the new one. Gary said that he would be able to do that without a problem.

My husband and I at first went to Beldens and had the worst experience two weeks before my wedding I had no rings because Beldens did nothing but try to rip us off so had to return and get my money back. So stressed thinking we were not going to have rings we went to diamond jewelers and they were a life saver they took so much stress away and made us feel so welcome. The staff really cares about their customers and the jelweler is very nice. If it wasnt for them I would have had no rings on my wedding day. Love them I would recommend them to every one. They are also family owned so none of that corporate headache.

Gary would not give me my money back despite acknowledging that there are blemishes and broken diamonds in the stone. I asked him why he would give us the ring in this condition and his response was that the ring is a better quality ring than the original band we chose.

I brought the ring in to Gary to ask for my money back because I simply do not trust this business to fix these problems - how do you give a customer a ring with two broken stones in it and missing prongs and expect them to trust you to fix it? There shouldn't have been any broken diamonds, missing prongs, dents, or chips in the ring in the first place! He wouldn't even apologize for the botched job that was done in the first place.
