I just purchased a mattress at the Bob’s Store in Salem NH. My sales person, Daad D. was excellent, She knew her product line well and answered every question I had in a friendly and professional manner. She even allowed me some time alone to ponder my choice. I also spoke with the manager , Mr. Khalid, to praise the associate. I found him also to be very helpful and supportive of his customers and staff.

I recommend shppping from Bobs in Salem. Had a great time buying from Khalid And Mario.

The service was beyond my expecstations. They were able to assist with all my needs and make good choices. My home looks so good with the professional advice with hot from Khalid.

Every time we have purchased furniture from here the sales folks are fantastic! Management is great too. I’ve used acceptancenow inside as well and they are fantastic. I highly recommend the Salem store. There’s only one lady there who bugs me but I think she’s gone. The sales people don’t follow you everywhere nor do they bother you unless you ask.

I am extremely unhappy with my furniture purchase. I bought the Discovery power reclining sofa and loveseat. I also bought the goof proof protection plan. My sales person did not give me a write up on the plan told me it would cover everything and they keep records now on the computer so you were all set. So we bought it. 11 months later I noticed 4 small holes in the fabric. I called the number on my receipt for the protection plan and they asked me what happened. I told them I have no idea. I walked into my family room one day and noticed the holes. I sent them a picture and they denied the claim. I talked to the manager and he told me to call Bob's and see if they would cover it because it looked like the fabric was bad. I called Bob's and after being on hold for ever they told me to send them a picture. They also denied the claim and told me if I bought the protection plan to call them. They have both put it off onto the other one and neither one will fix it. The protection company told me the reason why they denied the claim was because I did not know how it happened. If I told them I had a 3 year old and he stabbed the couch with a pencil they would fix it. But since I did not know they will not. No one told me ahead of time I had to make up a story to have it fixed. I was being honest. So I basically paid the $129.99 for nothing. The quality of the fabric is extremely poor. I would not recommend this couch to anyone and I would recommend you never buy the protection plan.

Worst place ever to buy furniture. If you need anything replaced or need to repurchase damaged items then good luck to you!! I would recommend spending the extra money and going to a different store to get quality furniture and customer service. Bob's Furniture Customer Service is the WORST that I've ever seen.
