This is a GREAT bike shop. I recently rented a demo bike and ultimately purchased (a different bike than demo'd) from Cycles Etc. I worked with James (owner) and the entire experience was great. James took the time to talk to me about the difference between the two models and never applied any pressure to upgrade. One of the best things I saw was anytime a customer came in, the guys working on repairs would stop and greet the customers and assist them before going back to the repair work. Looking forward to this becoming my LBS.

James and his crew are knowledgeable and will size you appropriately for a new bike and provide you with great bike service and Customer Service! I had my wife fitted for a new bike and my wife loves going out on rides with her perfect fit ride! This is a gem of a bike shop and the QUALITY and care you get from when you step foot into the store to when you leave is amazing!!!!! I have also had experience with bringing my bike in for service and they now have my older bike working like it was when it was new!
