Was disappointed to find that they are no longer carrying the Cat food I bought every 3 weeks. I was willing to pay the price charged and usually spent 100 when I came in but the staff, although friendly didn't seem to know that the store no longer carried it. I came back 3 times before I gave up. Now buying on line and getting other products elsewhere.
Went to get birds and asked the employees they told me to wait while they attended the register I waited for about an hour then I asked again and said I'll be with you I a bit waited 30min and then decided to leave this was also at 5 pm.
Just received a text from the former groomer we used. We has no personal ties to her- she stole phone numbers from the database to let us know where she is working now. Feeling a little violated that someone now has access to my personal phone number. Did she steal credit card info too? I'm extremely concerned about whatelse may have been stolen... I would recommend going somewhere else because we sure will be doing so. This is so incredibly unprofessional and I'm so annoyed... Thanks Kimberly for blowing up my phone.
I only use their grooming services. My dogs are always happy to go and the employees in grooming are very friendly. I'm satisfied with the quality of service we receive.
Compared to the Petco in Manchester or Nashua this one is definitely lacking on its fish selection and knowledgeable staff but they do have a great selection of dog and cat products.
