Went in here and fell in love with a black and white Great Dane. My husband surprised me and bought her for me. As soon as I picked her up I asked about the drainage coming from her nose and eyes, was told it was from their bedding and it washes off. And I swear I heard her coughing and they said she’s just excited and sometimes they cough from that. Well this dog almost died as a puppy that’s how sick she was. The vet told me how poorly bred she was and how sick she was and untreated as a baby. I love her and continue to pay vet bills for her constant ailments. I’m glad I rescued her from here but they are HORRIBLE!!! I don’t regret getting her and I continue to do what I can for her health. But buyer beware!!!!!!!

The staff was extremely helpful answering questions specifically about animal breeds and personalities that would make the best fit for our family. The staff was also very patient with me and my 2 and 4 year old children that we're all over the place. Thanks for a great experience I will totally be back.

i'm always one to experience it on my own before judging off reviews. i called earlier today to see if they still had one of the dogs i was looking at online, and they told me that she was unavailable because she needed to go to the vet and they weren't sure when or if she would be back. eeeeee carumba! the reviews are true. all of their dogs are sick with health problems! :-(

Terrible staff at this place. They deny you a puppy after you get financing approval and make up reason why. Puppies are aggressive and sickly. Don't waste your time!

Im going to come out and tell you all about how terrible this place is. I use to work here, but I would rather stay Anonymous. In the couple of months I worked here I saw first hand how terrible the puppies conditions are. They come in with a van, a white van filled with Puppies who are crying. These two shady men drop them off, and when these puppies come in they are usually sick. They are skinny, coughing, or they can't open their eyes due to eye gunk. While working there I saw three puppies die within two months. A nursed one puppy back to life. The owner does not care for these puppies, the workers do but they can't really save them. The owner refuses to send them to a vet when they are on their death bed. She only cares about the money she's making. She doesn't care about their well being and she definitely doesn't care if you fall in love, adopt a sick puppy, and then it dies. She could care less as long as she's getting her pay. The vet is shady and doesn't really try to help these sick dogs, he usually just says they are "failure to thrive" and says they will probably pass away, and goes about his way. The treatment for kennel cough here is a nebulizer and some pills while the puppies are stuck in a cage not getting the proper exercise. When selling puppies they are not allowed to tell you that they are sick, they usually say they "can't be seen, the puppy is scared". And when you purchase that pup, their sick record is usually covered up. Take it from someone who has seen this first hand, its not a good place to get a dog and these puppies should not be treated the way they are. They do not come from breeders, they come from puppy mills, no breeder would ever let a puppy leave its mother without it being fully ready, let alone send it off in a van for miles and miles. The dog I adopted from here is skittish and has temperament problems, she has probably witnessed things that terrified her. When I tried to look up the "breeder' I found nothing on this person. His name never came up, but what did was some reports of puppy mills. Im not saying that these poor puppies don't deserve homes cause they do. But this should not be supported, this place honestly needs to be closed and so does the puppy mills. Please adopt and help close this place, no dog deserves that life. And no human should ever support it. Im not the only worker who spoke out agains this place, Ive seen another as well. Take it from people who have seen this dirty work up close. Its no place to banter with. Report it as much as you can. Thank you. (NO STARS, if I could)!!!
