I would not go here. If you have to drive or walk by don't look or go inside an utter waste of time. Such scammers, I should have guessed when no one was in the gym. Only two people working out in the whole facility. Employees are rude and management were rude to my husband. Don't go to any of the locations of Workout Club. Don't bind any contracts oh and when I paid the $300 dollars to sign up haven't gone one time and it's been less than a month since I signed up. It was within a week that my husband was talked to disrespectfully. Why go somewhere if they treat you rude. We are paying if they did it once they are definitely going to do it again. Be very Cautious
Do not sign up here. It is over-priced and they will hold you under contract with a $250 cancellation fee. I gave them a 30 day notice to cancel my membership but they tried to act as if I didn't. I had better luck at planet fitness surprisingly. Workout club's pool is never open and the workers are fake.
After back and neck surgery I needed to get in shape but definitely needed a hot tub to loosen up muscles and nerves in my back. This place seemed like the perfect solution until I joined. The guy who signed me up lied to me and said if I have another back spam or surgery I can bring a drs note and cancel with no fees. As this did happen another employee said they don't do that, I was infuriated. Also out of a whole year I think I got to use the hot tub 6 times. It was always under maintenance, then they charge me a $45 yearly maintenance fee! Are you kidding me! This place is all about making money any way they can, you'll get better customer service at wow! Today I went back after recovering for 3 months to use the hot tub and you guessed it, under maintenance. Good thing they charge that fee to pay the workers that are never working on it. Never again will I join a workout club!
My mom is a member, so we brought my son to play in the pool and water slides. They have sprinklers, floating devices. A rock wall to climb, it's beautiful! My son played for over 2 HOURS going down a nice size swirling water slide, and playing in the pool.
