I found Granite in 2009 when I was driving down the road & saw a "No Perfect People Allowed" sign. I was intrigued so I told myself to look it up when I got home. When I looked it up - I was shocked to find that this was a church logo! I thought - wait - that's the place where you're supposed to be perfect - right?? I saw a link to Facebook on their page and again I was shocked - - What church has a Facebook page?!?! I went on & asked a few questions & got answers in less than an hour. My husband & I checked it out that next weekend and were 100% blown away!! The people were so incredibly friendly & REAL! The music was like being a a concert. The Pastor preaches the message in a language that is very easy to understand. I could only hope that anyone out there thinking of checking this church out gives it a chance. I promise you won't be disappointed!
I have been attending granite for about 11 to 12 years now, what I love about church is that it's not just a building, but it's a place where you fellowship with others that love on each other. It's amazing for the kids and you can truly be yourself without fear that others will judge you. God has changed my life for me and my family from just good to great. Gods doing amazing things at granite and I can't wait to see what he has in store for us next!! God bless!
I can't believe I'm the first one to rate this awesome church! I've been attending Granite United Church for about 5 years. Granite's mission is to meet New England where it's at and show them the love of Jesus as often as possible. Currently there are 7 weekend services every single weekend to meet everyone's schedule. See you there :)
I don't know all of what they teach but on their website they have references to the New Living Translation. No serious church would use such an terrible translation job.
