The car was fine, no problems at all. However, my issue is with the customer service at that location where the vehicle was returned - Enterprise Lowell, MA. I left a pair of prescription glasses in the console and a parking permit for my office on the dashboard. I spoke with Eric on Monday who said he would try to locate the items and call me back. I never received a call and called back on Wednesday to speak with him again. Got the same story and another empty promise for a call back. I don't think he even took my phone number when I gave it to him because when I asked him what number he was going to call me back at he had no response, so I had to give it to him a second time. I still have not heard from Eric.
Quick, smooth transaction, and billed as agreed. Enterprise consistently provides what I need, when I need it.
I really appreciate the friendly, and helpful employees. I struggle to justify the extra day rental needed because of their limited hours (8 - 6) when a car is needed early the next morning. Some of the older, higher mileage cars are showing their age; smell like smoke, wheel balance issues.

Called Enterprise of Salem Nh this morning at 11:30am to schedule an immediate pick-up for 12:15pm. Spoke with Dusty R who was extremly helpful and able to book my short notice pick-up. Dusty arrived at my car repair center promptly @12:15. He was very polite and made the car pick-up experience smooth.
