The salesman Brian is " great" at what he does everyday: explaining the finer qualities of your chosen car, "without" being pushy; making sure all the business details are done (even finance stuff not directly his responsibility), and ensuring all matters related to readying the vehicle for delivery are complete (down to even the floor mats). He makes sure "nothing" is forgotten before all is done !

First went to Manchester to look at buying a car. Was offered an unfair deal, and not too happy with the experience. Then I went to Rockingham Toyota and so happy I did. Bob C. and the managers were very respectful, listened, helpful, and were not pushy throughout the process. Hands down best experience I've had buying a car, which is never an easy thing. We had a great experience at Rockingham Toyota. We came in looking for a Sienna and Tony was very helpful. He made sure we got the features that were most important to us at a price that we were comfortable with. He even helped us find the right color of the interior when I was being a tad picky. Also as for the maintenance shop (another vehicle from previous day before buying another car), an earlier vehicle problem was admitted honestly they made a "mistake" on their part.
