Overall store is nice. Manager was nice and attentive to an issue i had. I was not happy at all with the woman that rang me up. Refused to help work a gift card that i accidently called a coupon. She only offered to scan the barcode off my phone when i said i was leaving and buying what i brought up. She also pushed me to buy their rewards program and tried making me feel bad when i said no like i was making a poor life decision. Overall i would give them another chance but wouldn't go again if they were nothing but pleasant.

Typical B&N which is to say great selection, attractively presented and clean,quiet and well organized but overpriced. Excellent cafe as well.
I also liked that they offered to help me without following me all over the place.
Love going to different ones so calm and relaxing there. Great find any kind of books.
Great service, they did not had the book, but called a store near by and they even saved the books until I got there.
