I've been going her for years great food and service
The Martinis are the best I've ever had, the spicy eggplant & falafel were to die for, great service and cozy, comfortable lounge with top notch service. I'd go here everyday if I lived nearby. Not too expensive considering the food quality. No middle eastern/Mediterranean desserts, that was the only bad thing, boring American, although my waist line says thank you, so it's actually a good thing. But some baklava & Turkish delight wouldn't be too bad.
Best genuine Lebanese food in the country. Friendly staff. Very clean.

I've been coming to this restaurant for the past two years and have always enjoyed the food. Until now. I ordered takeout for lunch yesterday, and when I got back to work and open my food I found a hair in it . Being at work, and specifically a meeting, I didn't call to inform the restaurant until today. Working in restaurants for years myself, I assumed I would be offered a refund or a replacement meal. However, I was offered neither of those and was accused of "trying to get a free meal". It is extremely unfortunate that this situation was handled this way, and this was among the poorest customer service I've ever received. It's DISGUSTING to find a hair in my food, but to have the restaurant handle the issue in this manner made a bad situation significantly worse. Needless to say, I will not be returning, nor will my family or friends.
